EA releases 5 new mobile games

EA Mobile has announced availability of five new titles for Mobile devices. They are:

  • The Sims 2 Castaway
  • The Sims Pool
  • Monopoly Here & Now
  • Yahtzee Adventures
  • Merv Griffin’s Crosswords

“EA Mobile continues to create and distribute games that compel potential customers to download and play games on mobile devices,” said Travis Boatman, Vice President of Worldwide Studios, EA Mobile. “The wide range of handsets, from everyday devices to sophisticated 3G phones, and the iPod, provide great platforms that foster and satisfy consumer demand for anytime entertainment.”

The games are available as of now only through American carriers but hopefully that will change soon. However, Yahtzee is available worldwide through iTunes as well.

Go-WAPEver wanted to send a file over the mobile? Like some theme or some big picture which couldn’t be sent via MMS. Go-WAP’s cell phone file upload is what you need. Go-WAP allows you to upload a file and send it anywhere around the world. If this hadn’t been a paid review still I would have loved reviewing their service.

Go-Wap offers allows one to host mobile related files like ringtones, wallpapers, games, themes, softwares etc. The files are hosted on their servers for 7 days and anyone can download it via any mobile which has internet enable in it.

BLUETOOTH - HSBC’s new method of Advertising

HSBC has taken a leap in the advertising market by sending promotional messages to people through two of its London branches.The trial for this has been running since the start of the year and ends this week.

For this advertisement through Bluetooth a small box is installed in the branch that scans for passing mobile phones that have Bluetooth switched on.

ZENZUI : Letting cellphone users zoom into the web!

Zenzui, A newly formed company spun out of Microsoft Corp’s technology research, aims to help cellphone subscribers easily link to their favourite websites, even on tiny mobile phone screens.

Zenzui unveils its namesake technology-for Zooming User Interface-at the CTIA wireless show in Orlando, Florida.
