Paypal Down? or What?

Paypal the fastest way to send money online is Down!! 
Yeah its down. I have confirmed from three friends Ajit, Pranjal and Dip. There is no error in Firefox just it keps on waitin and waiting and waiting an the ultimate error is this:

It is possible that Paypal is down for India only so if you can do please confirm!!
